Returns Policy
We accept exchanges or store credits within 14 days of purchase and items must be in original, unworn condition. Store credit or exchange will be issued once the item has been received back to me. I am not responsible for lost parcels, so I would recommend sending with insurance cover. We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Faulty pieces can be refunded or returned for repair depending on the customers choice. Before purchasing please consider that all pieces are different and are not symmetrical. They all have different textures including rough textures captured from the cast and smooth sections where the sprue has been removed and filed from the casting process.
Warranty
We offer a warranty of 12 months to cover any issues with faults and defects in craftsmanship. The warranty does not cover wear and tear over time. If any of your Seeds of Silver jewellery pieces need to be repaired or cleaned we can fix them free of charge within this 12 month period. You will just have to cover all shipping costs.
Custom Orders
Custom orders will be reviewed and approved if the design is possible to achieve within my capabilities and is similar to the items I create. Botanical pieces will be reviewed according to whether they are eligible for casting. Some natural materials cannot be cast and they are not guaranteed to work every time. If the custom details have been approved and finalised you will receive a quote and will be required to make a non-refundable 50% deposit before I create the piece.
Please allow 3-4 weeks for production of custom pieces. You will receive photos of the final piece and the rest of the 50% deposit will be paid.
Custom pieces are not eligible for exchange, store credit or refund.
