Grey Box Nekclace
This necklace was cast from the fruit of the Grey Box tree (Eucalyptus microcarpa). They have been collected from different parts of NSW and cast into sterling silver using the ancient technique of lost wax casting. This particular fruit was very hard to identify and this is my best guess for the species.
Eucalyptus trees are seen as nurturing trees and are believed to offer healing and protection.
The necklace you will receive is the one pictured. The cast is attached to the chain and therefore doesn’t move around. It comes on a 16” chain but is also available on 14”, or 18” chains. Please indicate in the notes section at checkout which length you would prefer.
